DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

1. Parties
This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract") has been concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer, whose information is given below, within the framework of the terms and conditions specified below.

Buyer Information:
The Buyer is a natural or legal person who shops through the Seller's electronic commerce platform and fills in the address information specified during the order. By approving this agreement, the Buyer accepts the accuracy of his/her personal information.

2. Subject matter of the contract
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the products offered by the Seller to the Buyer.

The Buyer has read, understood and approved all information regarding the qualifications, price, payment and delivery terms of the products subject to the contract electronically.

3. Product and Service Details
The details of the food supplement products ordered by the buyer are as follows:

  • Product Name: To be specified at the time of order.
  • Product Quantity: To be specified at the time of order.
  • Unit Price: To be specified at the time of order.
  • Shipping Cost: It will be covered by the buyer or free of charge according to the campaign conditions.

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the products, but such change shall not affect any orders previously placed by the Buyer.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • The Product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of order.
  • Delivery time ranges from 3-7 working days from the confirmation of the order by the Seller.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or cargo companies.

The buyer is obliged to check the package of the product during delivery and to report to the cargo officer if damaged or missing products are detected.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or payment at the door.
  • The Buyer shall be solely responsible for the payment method chosen by the Buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered product to himself/herself or to the third party specified by him/her, without any justification and without paying any penal clause.

Food supplements can only be returned in the following cases due to hygiene and health conditions:

  • The original packaging of the product is unopened,
  • The product is unused or intact.

In cases where the right of withdrawal is valid, the return shipping fee belongs to the Buyer.

7. Product Return and Exchange Terms
Return and exchange requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete.
  • After the return request is approved, the product must be sent to the Seller via the contracted shipping company.
  • The Seller shall refund the Buyer's payment no later than 14 days after receipt of the product.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the products in accordance with the promised qualities.
  • If the damages that may occur in the delivery of the product are caused by the cargo company, the responsibility will belong to the Buyer.

9. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
The Seller stores and processes the personal data of the Buyer in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Personal information will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for the purpose of processing the order.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes that may arise between the parties shall be resolved primarily in Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts.

11. Enforcement
This Agreement shall enter into force and become binding on the parties as soon as it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
